Addiction disease proponents often accuse The Freedom Model of preying on vulnerable “addicts” for a profit. Ironically these critics all point to Alcoholics Anonymous (which makes tens of millions annually) and it’s offshoot the 45 billion dollar treatment industry and Big Pharma, as being noble and helpful to those struggling with “addiction”.  The difference between the multi-billion dollar recovery society and The Freedom Model is stark – one seeks to make lifelong customers and billions of dollars through fear and misinformation, and the other seeks to set people free with the truth.
