Stacie Ysidro, Certified Freedom Model Coach and Certified Sex Coach, founder of Holistic Progressions has been guiding individuals and couples toward erotic freedom, full self-acceptance, and authentic expression since 2009. Helping people successfully build and maintain satisfying lasting relationships. 

Her unique work creates space for clients to understand and explore their sexuality, spirituality and relationships. Leading them to discover for themselves, what will bring them their ultimate happiness. Teaching them to live their life by design not by default.

Stacie created The Guide to Sexuality Professionals in 2024. Helping people choose the right intimacy professional, therapist or coach based on their individual needs. 

She creates personalized coaching experiences for clients in person and virtually, weaving together sexology education, the socratic method, CBE, The Freedom Model, somatic coaching, and ancient tantric arts. 

Stacie is recognized as a Certified Sex Coach by the World Association of Sex Coaches. She was certified by world-renowned sexologist Jaiya as an Erotic Blueprint™ Coach in 2018 and served as a Lead Coach in that community until 2025.  Co-founder and operator of St Pete Retreat (2021-2025), Her credentials also include certifications in Accelerated Evolution, Energy Leadership, and most recently, the Freedom Model Certification (2026).

Beyond her coaching practice, Stacie co-hosts a monthly business networking chapter of the Women’s Impact Network, affiliated with the Tampa Business Club.
